Kimball Court is a 525-unit mixed income Chapter 40B development on the Woburn/Burlington line. The project has six seven-story apartment buildings and was built in three phases over ten years. MassHousing provided permanent tax exempt bond financing and secondary debt. The development includes both low and moderate income housing under the Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. The site occupies 27 wooded acres and offers a complete amenity package including a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts and playground.
