Old English Square
Holbrook, Massachusetts

Old English Square is an 80-acre, 200+ unit mixed-use development in the Town of Holbrook. The development is comprised of two components: a new urbanist-inspired retail village and a campus style residential village. This transit-oriented development (TOD) is located one-half mile from commuter rail service. The project was approved by Town Meeting in May of 2004 and is currently in design. Construction is slated to begin in the Fall of 2006.
