Phase III
Phase 3 is a 165-unit market rate development that will complete the redevelopment of the Massachusetts Mills site. The loft-style units will be constructed in three mill buildings with structured parking. The project will be funded in part by State and Federal historic tax credits. Construction is slated to begin in the Winter of 2004.
