Phase III
Phase 3 of Mass Mills is a 150-unit historic tax credit renovation that will complete the redevelopment of the Massachusetts Mills site. Two remaining mill buildings will be converted to loft-style rental apartments. The project will be funded in part by both State and Federal historic tax credits. Construction of Mass Mills III is slated to begin in 2012.
