Kimball Woods is a 256-unit mixed income apartment complex in Burlington. Conventionally financed with Northwestern Mutual Life, the project was endorsed by the Town of Burlington and has a density of 100 units per acre. The mid-rise development consists of two ten-story towers with structured parking. The towers contain a number of energy efficiency features and were one of the first Energy Star Homes rated rental properties.
