Development Manager:
Plan, direct, and coordinate the development process for privately held real estate, architectural design, management and construction investment firm from land contract, entitlements and building permit approvals through the commencement of construction. Includes site selection, negotiation and execution of land contracts and acquisition, Investment Committee preparation and processing, selection and management of development consultants, coordination of permitting process and finalization of construction documents. Requires participation throughout underwriting process including: financial review and analysis, preparation of lender financing and investment committee packages. Assist in the construction and disposition of assets. Position requires travel 60% of the time and must be able to work nights and weekends. Requires a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development or Architecture and four years related experience.
