Joseph R. Mullins, Chairman

Joseph R. Mullins has more than 30 years experience in the real estate industry and has developed over 5,800 apartments and condominium units through the Mullins Company and Corcoran, Mullins, and Jennison.

Currently, Joe is Chairman of Mullins Company, a Massachusetts real estate development, management, and investment firm. Since forming the company in 1987, Joe has developed 800 apartment units in the Greater Boston area with another 700 in development.

Prior to 1987, Joe was Executive Vice President of Corcoran, Mullins and Jennison, and CMJ Management Company and continues his association as an officer, stockholder, and director of those companies. Founded in 1971, Corcoran, Mullins, and Jennison established a national reputation for quality and innovation in real estate and was recognized as a leader in the development of mixed-income communities. Corcoran, Mullins, and Jennison developed and built 5,087 units valued in excess of $400 million.

From 1969 to 1971, Joe worked as an independent consultant in real estate development. Prior to consulting, Joe worked for the Federal Housing Administration where he was responsible for site inspections, land appraisals, economic feasibility studies, and highest and best use analyses.

A graduate of Boston University, Joe is a member of the National Leased Housing Association, the National Association of Homebuilders and is a founding member of the Boston Community Development Corporation. He also serves as a Director of the Park Street Corporation and Caritas Communities, a non-profit housing development organization.

The Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Rental Housing Association presented Joe with the 2003 Industry Excellence Award in recognition of his accomplishments in real estate industry.

Paul A. Estabrook, Chief Financial Officer

Paul A. Estabrook is Chief Financial Officer of Mullins Company. Paul oversees all financial activities of the development and management companies and is responsible for maintaining working relationships with the financial community. Prior to joining the Mullins, Paul was the Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Finance for Corcoran, Mullins, and Jennison from 1975 to 1987. Before 1987, Paul was a Senior Accountant at Coopers & Lybrand. He is a graduate of Bentley College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Massachusetts Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Michael J. Mullins, President

Michael J. Mullins is President for the Mullins Company. His responsibilities include land acquisition, planning, permitting and public relations. He is also the Director of Paradise Cable, the company's cable and high-speed internet subsidiary. Michael is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves as a Director for the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Rental Housing Association. Mike has Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Miami and a masters degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Tyler J. Langlois, Development Manager

Tyler J. Langlois is Development Manager for Mullins Company. Tyler’s responsibilities include leading the development team(s) from permitting through construction and performing feasibility analysis for new developments. Prior to joining Mullins Company, Tyler worked as a real estate consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston and Horwath Asia Pacific in Hong Kong, with a focus on the hospitality industry. Tyler also served as a senior real estate appraiser for HVS International in San Francisco. He has a Bachelors of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and a masters degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Victor L.H. Sheen, Development Manager

Victor L.H. Sheen is Development Manager for Mullins Company. Victor’s main responsibilities include leading the development team(s) from permitting through construction and performing feasibility analysis for new developments. Prior to joining Mullins Company, Victor served as an Associate at Pei Cobb Freed & Partners Architects in New York for six years, specializing in office and museum designs. He has a Bachelors of Arts in Architecture from Rice University and a masters degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
